It depends on your account type. Guest projects (no account created) are kept for just 4 days. Projects saved on a free account are kept for 14 days without any editing, after which they're removed. As a Plus member your projects are kept forever, with no expiry, ever.
Ordered projects are backed up for 300 days on a free account. As a Plus member, your ordered projects are backed up forever, so you can always reorder or reprint down the track.
As a Plus member you earn 1 point for every $1 spent, on all your purchases. If you were earning points before becoming a Plus member, those points stay in your account, but you won't earn new points on future orders unless you're an active Plus member; only Plus members keep earning going forward.
Yes, prepaid deals are an exclusive Plus benefit. Non-members don't have access to these deals at all.
